通过提出煤矿机电系统化安全评价观点,介绍了中平能化集团煤矿机电系统化安全评价体系研究和应用情况。提出了煤矿机电工作“一、五、七、三”管理理念,该理念为煤矿机电安全工作构筑了一个纲领性的指导意见,随后出台的《煤矿机电装备及管理水平考核评价体系》,则为煤矿机电管理水平树立了可参照的标准,各矿可以依据此标杆来查找自身差距,实践证明,该理念切合现场实际,行之有效。
By putting forward the viewpoint of systematization safety evaluation of coal mine electromechanical, this paper introduces the research and application of systematic safety evaluation system of coal mine electromechanical in Zhongping Nenghua Group. Proposed the management concept of “1, 5, 7, 3” in the mechanical and electrical work of coal mines. This concept has established a programmatic guideline for the mechanical and electrical safety of coal mines, followed by the “Assessment System of Coal Mine Electrical and Mechanical Equipment and Management Level” Then set a reference standard for coal mine electromechanical management level. According to this benchmark, various mines can find their own gaps. Practice has proved that this concept is in line with the actual situation in the field and is effective.
