Turkmenistan government to attract foreign investment in the development and utilization of oil and gas resources as the country’s main foreign economic cooperation. Grasping the characteristics of the country’s foreign cooperation, analyzing and judging the opportunities and challenges of cooperation have an important and practical significance for us to further expand the further cooperation between the two countries in the energy field.
