采用钼丝进行线切割,制作了车轴钢表面缺口试样,运用有限元方法,计算了不同缺口的理论应力集中系数,通过旋转弯曲试验得到光滑试样和缺口试样的疲劳寿命(S-N)曲线,研究了不同缺口应力集中系数下车轴钢的参数变化规律.结果表明,缺口对材料疲劳寿命的影响,不仅仅表现在其S-N曲线相对于光滑试样S-N曲线整体下降,而且不同缺口S-N曲线左段的直线部分斜率也是不同的.
The molybdenum wire was used for wire cutting. The surface of the axle steel was notched. The finite element method was used to calculate the theoretical stress concentration factor of different notches. The fatigue life (SN) curve of the smooth sample and the notched sample was obtained by rotating bending test , The variation law of the parameters of axle steel under different notch stress concentration factors was studied.The results show that the influence of notch on the fatigue life of the material is not only reflected in the overall decline of the SN curve of the SN curve relative to the smooth sample SN curve, The slope of the straight part of the segment is also different.
