为解决企业采选生产能力不配套的矛盾,寻求企业新的经济增长点,1998年湖南宝山铅锌银矿把强化原矿收购列为企业全年减亏增效的四大举措之一。经过努力,1998年宝山矿收购原矿24000吨,折合金属量3600吨,新创产值877万元,新增产品销售收入1037万元,新增经济效益287万元。该矿主要采取以下措施加强原矿收购:(1)强化对原矿收购的考核奖惩力度,将原来的按收购矿量计提工资、差旅费改为工资、差旅费、办公费、业务招待费等各项费用与外购矿生产的经济效益直接挂钩考核包干责任制。充分调动了原矿收购人员的积极性,克服了过去原矿收购人员只管收购,不管生产经济效
In order to solve the contradiction in the selection and production capacity of enterprises and seek new economic growth points for the enterprise, in 1998 Baoshan Lead-zinc-silver Mine in Hunan Province listed the strengthening of ore purchase as one of the four major measures to reduce losses and increase efficiency of enterprises throughout the year.
