在已有混凝土四参数损伤模型、锈蚀钢筋力学性能、锈蚀钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结滑移关系等分析的基础上,采用单弹簧联结单元法模拟钢筋与混凝土的相互作用。对发生锈蚀的四点弯曲梁经典试验进行了有限元模拟分析,两者结果吻合较好,验证了分析方法的正确性。将该方法应用于水闸闸室结构分析,结果表明钢筋锈蚀会减弱钢筋限制混凝土裂缝开展和承担应力的作用,加速了水闸的破坏。
Based on the analysis of the existing four-parameter damage model of concrete, the mechanical properties of corroded steel and the bond-slip relationship between corroded steel bar and concrete, the single-spring coupling element method is used to simulate the interaction between steel bar and concrete. The finite element simulation analysis of the classic test of the four-point bending beam with corrosion occurs. The result of the two tests is in good agreement, which verifies the correctness of the analysis method. The method is applied to the sluice gate structure analysis. The results show that the corrosion of steel bars will weaken the reinforcement to limit the crack initiation and stress of concrete, and accelerate the sluice.
