播期与砍收期对茎瘤芥瘤茎产量和菜形的影响

以茎瘤芥主栽品种“永安小叶”为试材,分析了播期与砍收期对茎瘤芥瘤茎产量和菜形的影响.结果表明:播期、砍收期对瘤茎产量和菜形有明显影响;播期推迟,瘤茎产量、菜形指数明显下降,菜形变优;砍收期推迟,瘤茎产量明显增加而菜形指数先降后升,菜形呈逐渐变劣的趋势.分析提出,在重庆海拔500 m以下地区9月中旬播种,翌年2月中旬砍收能较好地实现瘤茎丰产与菜形美观的协调统一.
