试验旨在通过引种试种、田间试验和实验室测试分析,筛选出适宜薯片加工用的马铃薯品种。试验对国内外引进的13个马铃薯品种,依据油炸薯片加工标准,通过田间试验和实验室分析,最终筛选出适宜薯片加工的品种有春薯5号、美国切片、丰白、斯诺丹和大西洋。
The purpose of the experiment is to screen out potato varieties suitable for the processing of potato chips by introduction of seed trials, field trials and laboratory tests. Based on the processing standards of fried potato chips, field trials and laboratory analysis were conducted on the 13 potato varieties introduced at home and abroad. Finally, the suitable varieties of potato chips were selected, including Chunshu No.5, American slices, Feng Bai, Snow Dan and the Atlantic.
