一般穿过楼板的管道位于靠近墙壁或墙壁转角处,传统的管道周围支模是采用木板刻圆后支设,由于场地狭窄、支撑不便,易造成跑浆、混凝土密实性差,导致发生渗漏。通过实践,我们利用废胶管进行扎模施工,不仅节约了木材和用工,也杜绝了跑浆现象.改善了混凝土的密实程度。操作要点如下。1.采用定型模具(一般采用钢管,其内径应大于管道外径40~60mm)预留管道过板孔,在混凝土终凝前可取出。2.预留孔应符合管道设计位置,严禁事后剔
