《财富》500强之一的媒体巨子德国贝塔斯曼公司在中国发展时间不长,但却迅速壮大,与之相适应的,是人才需求量的扩大。这个公司目前所有的大约800名员工中,有85%以上是大学毕业生,其对人才的重视可见一斑。公司每年从大学校园招聘约8名本科生,听起来似乎不多,但实际上,公司一旦把人招近来,就不会轻易辞退,有别于一些招人很多,但常换常新的公司。日前,记者就贝塔斯曼选人用人,专访了该公司人力资源总监毛伟丽女士。
