近几年来,以小城镇建设为重点的村镇建设日新月异,呈现出蓬勃发展的良好局面。特别是随着商品经济的发展,个体商户如雨后春笋般涌现,迫切需要一种融经商与住宅一体的建筑设计。而这种设计具有投资少,经营与居住相结合的魅力,既便于管理,又符合社会的需求。基于此种情况,我们设计了一种“前店后宅”或“下店上宅”的建筑,作为一种探讨,供同仁参考。 In recent years, the construction of villages and towns with the focus on the construction of small towns is changing with each passing day, showing a good situation of vigorous development. In particular, with the development of the commodity economy, individual businesses are springing up and there is an urgent need for an architectural design integrating business with housing. This kind of design has the advantages of less investment, combined operation and residence, which is both convenient for management and meets the needs of the society. Based on this situation, we have designed a “front shop back home” or “down shop home” building, as a discussion for reference.
