大量的研究结果和统计资料表明,当齿轮失效时,齿轮啮合振动信号中将会出现幅值调制和相位调制现象,调制信号和齿轮的故障有直接关系。怎样从啮合振动信号中把调制信息提取出来,是齿轮故障诊断方法中的关键步骤之一。本文介绍了几种提取调制信息的解调方法,并通过实例验证了算法的正确性。
A large number of research results and statistical data show that when the gear failure, the gear meshing vibration signal will appear amplitude modulation and phase modulation phenomenon, the modulation signal and the gear fault has a direct relationship. How to extract the modulation information from the vibration signal is one of the key steps in the gear fault diagnosis method. This paper introduces several demodulation methods for extracting modulation information, and verifies the correctness of the algorithm through examples.
