目的探讨复原力、生活事件对高职高专大学生抑郁的影响,为高职高专大学生心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用复原力量表、生活事件量表以及流调中心用抑郁量表对邯郸404名高职高专大学生进行问卷调查。结果高职高专大学生复原力与生活事件、抑郁状态都呈显著负相关(P<0.01),生活事件和抑郁状态呈显著正相关(P<0.01);复原力显著负向预测高职高专大学生的抑郁水平,而生活事件则显著正向预测抑郁水平,复原力和生活事件能够解释抑郁状态总变异的44%;复原力在生活事件与学生抑郁间有显著调节作用。结论可通过提高高职高专大学生的复原力水平来缓解生活事件带给学生的不良情绪体验,进而提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the effect of resilience and life events on the depression of college students and to provide theoretical basis for the mental health education of college students. Methods A questionnaire was conducted on 404 college students in Handan using the Resilience Inventory, Life Events Scale and Depression Scale. Results There was a significant negative correlation between resilience of college students and life events and depression status (P <0.01), life events and depression status (P0.01), negative predictive value of resilience was significantly higher in vocational college The depression level of college students, while the life events were significantly positive predict the level of depression, resilience and life events can explain 44% of the total variation of depression status; resilience in life events and student depression between the significant adjustment. Conclusions The level of resilience of higher vocational college students can be alleviated to alleviate the adverse emotional experience brought by life events and thus improve their mental health.
