南宁机械厂热处理车间三十多年来一直沿用热电偶+电子电位差计控温模式。这种控温模式,由于仪表误差较大,系统响应慢,加上炉子本身的热惯性等,造成炉温波动较大而影响热处理质量。我们研制的微机控制热处理调质生产线已投入使用,提高了控温精度和生产的自动化水平,提高了产品的质量,节约了能源,从而取得了很好的经济效益。
Nanning Machinery Plant heat treatment plant has been using thermocouple + electronic potentiometer temperature control mode for more than 30 years. This temperature control mode, due to larger instrument error, the system slow response, coupled with the thermal inertia of the furnace itself, resulting in large fluctuations in furnace temperature and affect the quality of heat treatment. We have developed computer-controlled heat treatment quenching production line has been put into use to improve the temperature control accuracy and the level of automation of production, improve product quality, save energy, and achieved good economic benefits.
