在6个不同的硬粒小麦基因型间作了正反交试验。其F_1杂种及它们的亲本都以3次重复、随意区段排列而种植于田间。测定了它们的一般组合力和特殊组合力,以及一般的和特殊的正反交效应对产量、蛋白质百分率、每株籽粒的蛋白质、每1000粒的蛋白质、1000粒重、十二烷硝酸钠(SDS)沉淀以及其面粉黄色指数的影响。对所研究的全部性状来说,都视察到各有显著的一般组合力和特殊组合力,但一般的和特殊的正反交效应仅对少数基因型或F_1杂种的1000粒重和每1000粒蛋白质有明显影响。所以认为,对育种工作来说要进行复合杂交。
The reciprocal crosses between six different durum wheat genotypes were made. The F_1 hybrids and their parents were planted in the field with 3 repetitions, randomly arranged in segments. Their general combining forces and special combining forces as well as general and specific reciprocal crosses were measured for yield, percentage of protein, protein per plant, 1000 grains per 1000 grains of protein, sodium dodecyl nitrate ( SDS) precipitation and its flour yellow index. For all traits studied, there were significant general combinatorial forces and special combinatorial forces observed, but the general and specific reciprocal cross-fertilization effects were only valid for 1000 kernel weight per 1000 genotypes or F1 hybrids Protein has a significant effect.
