国务院同意教育部、国家计委、国家经委、财政部《关于进一步开展勤工俭学活动的请示》和《全国中小学勤工俭学暂行工作条例》,现发给你们,请遵照执行。开展勤工俭学是全面贯彻党的教育方针,加强对学生的劳动观点教育和劳动技能训练,提高教育质量,培养全面发展的社会主义一代新人的重要途径之一,也是促进教育结构、教育制度改革,发展我国教育事业的一个有效措施。希望各级政府教育部门加强领导和管理,有关部门积极支持,注意总结交流经验,及时解决勤工俭学活动中出现的问题,把勤工俭学活动提高到一个新水平。
