供电企业主要的营业性收入便是电费收入,可以说,电费收入的高低直接关乎供电企业的运营效益。如今,我国市场经济体制发育不够健全,在营销全过程中,因社会诚信缺失及监管不到位,电费回收风险时有出现,这无疑给供电企业的运营效益蒙上一层阴霾。为此,在营销全过程中要强化对电费风险的防控与管理,以期降低电费风险的出现率。
