在为了“人活得幸福”的口号下建于50年代的高层建筑群落,如今在容纳由于就业危机而造成的脆弱群体。自从成为“小区”以来,这些高层建筑群就成为国家公共权力机构的象征和城市生活斗争协会用以调动积极性的场所。
The tall buildings built in the 1950s under the slogan “People live happily” are now accommodating the vulnerable groups that have resulted from the employment crisis. Since becoming a “community,” these high-rise complexes have become a symbol of the national public authority and a forum for city life struggles to mobilize enthusiasm.
