露天煤矿本质安全管理信息系统是为神华集团“露天煤矿本质安全体系研究”项目而设计开发的。以内外因理论为理论依据,以黑岱沟露天矿实际生产情况为实践依据,以互联网络为平台。具有系统管理本质安全、简单操作安全考核、方便查询统计信息等特点,可以用来指导露天煤矿企业对危险源进行控制和事故预防。
The Opencast Coal Mine Intrinsic Safety Management Information System was designed and developed for the Shenhua Group “Research on the Intrinsic Safety System of Opencast Coal Mine ”. Based on the internal and external theories, the actual production situation of Heidaigou surface mine is taken as a practical basis and the Internet is taken as a platform. It has the characteristics of systematic management of intrinsic safety, simple operation and safety assessment, and convenient query of statistical information, which can be used to guide open-pit coal mine enterprises to control dangerous sources and prevent accidents.
