对工程项目管理工作者来说,工程项目管理的核心任务是项目的三大目标控制,包含质量控制、成本控制、进度控制。这三大目标控制是一个相互关联的整体,进行项目管理时,必须充分考虑三者之间的相互关系,注意统筹兼顾,合理确定目标,防止追求单一目标而冲击或干扰其他目标的现象。下文中的内容着重阐述了如何处理质量控制与成本控制之间对立而又统一的关系,希望能够给与同行业工作的人员提供出一定价值的参考。
For project management workers, the core task of project management is the three objectives of the project control, including quality control, cost control, schedule control. The three major objectives of control are an interdependent entity. When carrying out project management, we must give full consideration to the interrelationship among the three and pay attention to making overall considerations and rationally setting goals so as to prevent the pursuit of a single goal and to impact or interfere with other goals. The following section focuses on how to deal with the contradictory and unified relationship between quality control and cost control, hoping to provide valuable information to those working in the same industry.
