研究了五种新型高熔点燃烧稳定剂(WB、WC、ZrB2、ZrO2和SiC)对螺压双基推进剂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,WB、WC、ZrB2和ZrO2使空白配方燃速提高,ZrB2和ZrO2的催化能力随其粒度减小而上升。2.07μm的ZrO2使空白配方7 MPa下的燃速增大73%。各配方燃速的最大增幅都出现在7 MPa左右。WB和ZrB2使空白配方的燃速压力平台向高压移动。2.07μm的ZrO2可使空白配方7~13 MPa压力范围指数降低,压力平台拓宽至13 MPa。SiC和WC使空白配方的压力指数增大,低压平台保持。
The effects of five novel high melting point combustion stabilizers (WB, WC, ZrB2, ZrO2 and SiC) on the combustion performance of screw-press double base propellants were studied. The results showed that WB, WC, ZrB2 and ZrO2 increased the burning rate of blank formulation and the catalytic capacities of ZrB2 and ZrO2 increased with the decrease of their particle size. ZrO2 at 2.07μm increased the burning rate of the blank formulation at 7 MPa by 73%. The maximum increase of each burning rate appeared in about 7 MPa. WB and ZrB2 move the burnout pressure platform of the blank formulation to high pressure. ZrO2 with 2.07μm can decrease the pressure range index of 7 ~ 13 MPa in blank formulation and broaden the pressure platform to 13 MPa. SiC and WC increase the pressure index of the blank formulation and maintain the low pressure platform.
