根据我国压力容器在役检验和安全评定的要求,在美国EPRI的J积分工程方法及英国CEGBR6失效评定曲线的基础上,考虑了我国压力容器用钢的特点和其他有关影响因素,如屈服平台、焊接、结构、应变时效和温度等,提出了我国压力容器缺陷失效评定曲线的建议。
Based on the requirements of in-service inspection and safety assessment of pressure vessel in China and the J integral engineering method of EPRI in the United States and the failure assessment curve of UK CEGBR6, the characteristics of China’s pressure vessel steel and other relevant factors are considered, such as yield platform, Welding, structure, strain aging and temperature, put forward the suggestion of the pressure vessel defect failure assessment curve in our country.
