职工持股,一般是指企业职工和经营者持有本企业股份而成为企业所有者的投资行为。我国职工持股是伴随着国有企业改革,建立现代企业制度,实行股份制诞生的。目前,在我国职工持股主要存在于实行股份制和有限责任制企业中。将职工持股制度引入进行公司制改造的国有企业后,在不改变企业的国有性质的前提下对企业进行公司制改革,实现产权关系明晰化,从而进行企业制度的整体创新。在这里,就职工持股制度对现代企业管理创新的影响作初步分析。
Employee stock ownership, generally refers to the enterprise employees and managers holding the shares of the enterprise as the business owner’s investment behavior. The shareholding of workers in our country is accompanied by the reform of state-owned enterprises, the establishment of a modern enterprise system and the introduction of the shareholding system. At present, the employee stock ownership in our country mainly exists in the joint-stock and limited liability companies. After introducing the employee stock ownership system into the state-owned enterprises that carry out the reform of the company system, the company system reform is carried out without changing the state-owned nature of the enterprise so that the ownership relationship can be clarified and the overall innovation of the enterprise system can be carried out. Here, a preliminary analysis is made of the impact of the employee shareholding system on the innovation of modern business management.
