目的 :探讨茶多酚对大鼠糖耐量的影响。方法 :测定大鼠口服葡萄糖 ,蔗糖和淀粉后 0、1和 2小时的血糖。结果 :茶多酚能抑制大鼠口服蔗糖和淀粉后 1和 2小时的血糖的升高。结论 :茶多酚能改善大鼠的糖耐量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols on glucose tolerance in rats. METHODS: Blood glucose was measured at 0, 1 and 2 hours after oral administration of glucose, sucrose and starch in rats. RESULTS: Tea polyphenols inhibited the increase of blood glucose at 1 and 2 hours after oral administration of sucrose and starch. Conclusion : Tea polyphenols can improve glucose tolerance in rats.
