项目负责人:柳明佳柳明佳,一级注册建造师,现任中铁二十四局集团有限公司南通市江海大道两段快速化改造工程项目经理。近五年,柳明佳同志先后担任南通市城北大桥工程、南通市长江北路A标工程、无锡太湖大道东段快速化改造工程THD01标及南通市江海大道西段快速化改造工程项目经理。工程概况南通市江海大道西段快速化改造工程位于南通市港闸区,西起长江北路,东至长泰路,是南通市“一轴一环八射”快速路网的重要组成部分,也是南通市的重点工程。本工程由主线高架桥、长江北路立交及地面道路三部分组成,造价10.01亿元。主线高架桥全长3.566干米,标准跨径30米,宽24.5米,采用钻孔灌注桩基础,花瓶式桥墩,单箱四室斜腹板箱梁;长江北路立交全长1.134千米,由两联10跨钢箱梁和20联63跨混凝土箱梁组成;地面道路全长3.594千米,总宽60米。
