采用乳化-冻凝技术制得顺铂白及微球。采用衍生化原理,使二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDTC)与抗癌药顺铂(CDDP)反应,生成稳定的络合物Pt(DDTC)2,致紫外吸收度增加,并依据白及基质的光谱特点,用二阶导数法消除白及基质对含量测定的干扰,从而建立了药物含量测定方法。回收率98.60%,RSD=1.96%。方法简便,对仪器要求低,易于开展,效果满意。
Cisplatin white and microspheres were prepared by emulsion-freeze-coagulation technology. The derivatization principle was used to react DDTC with cisplatin (CDDP), a stable complex of Pt (DDTC) 2, resulting in an increase of UV absorbance. The spectral characteristics of the matrix, the use of second derivative method to eliminate white and matrix interference on the determination of content, thus establishing a method for the determination of the drug content. The recovery rate was 98.60%, RSD = 1.96%. The method is simple, low requirements on the instrument, easy to carry out, the effect is satisfactory.
