目的基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析聂惠民教授治疗小儿外感发热的用药规律。方法收集聂惠民教授治疗小儿外感发热的病案,采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则,总结聂惠民教授治疗小儿外感发热的用药经验。结果对筛选出的112个处方进行分析,确定处方中使用频次较高的药物有柴胡、川贝母、黄芩、生甘草、桔梗、金银花、白茅根、连翘、芦根等,出现频次较高的药物组合有柴胡、川贝母,柴胡、黄芩,柴胡、生甘草,川贝母、黄芩等,根据药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出桔梗、川贝母、前胡等22个核心组合和竹叶、太子参、知母、金银花等7首新处方。结论聂惠民教授临床善用《伤寒论》经方化裁治疗小儿外感发热。
