参照WHO推荐的“船员宿舱公约”船员宿舱卫生设施要求和卫生检疫总所批准试行的“卫生船队标准和要求”,对9艘中国籍国际航行船舶实施监测,对危害人体健康的因素做了初步分析。结果:船员宿舱卫生没施达标;卫生学指标情况为:宿舱气温18—28℃,机舱内36—42℃(在东南亚地区达45℃),湿度49—60％,风速0.1—0.4m/s,CO_2 0.04—0.075％,CO1.0—3.0mg/M~3,空气细菌总数为1000—2400个/M~3,未检出链球菌。噪音宿舱内65dB(A)以下,而机舱内则达90—95dB(A)(4000净吨级以上)、99—103dB(A)(500净吨级)。照度:多数照度在100LUX以上。另外,还测定了机舱内空气中总(火圣)浓度为44.4—79.4mg/m~3。结果提示对人的主要危害因素:1.高温,夏季40℃以上,应预防中暑。2.噪音,机舱内达90103dB(A),老船改造隔音设备困难,重点要自我防护。3.部份照度不足75LUX。4.机舱有毒物质主要是石油产品中(火圣)混合物的危害。国家未定标准。本次测定总(火圣)浓度(换算成C)为44.4—79.4mg/M~3,优于车间允许指标。
