在经济飞速发展的时代背景下,我国国有企业股份制改造不断深入,取得良好成效,但在改造的过程中,依然存在诸多内部控制问题尚待解决。基于此,论文对国有企业股份制改造后内部控制出现的问题进行了简要分析,并阐述改善国有企业股份制改造后内部控制的几点策略,此次研究的目的在于促进国有企业的高效发展。
Under the background of rapid economic development, the reform of the shareholding system of state-owned enterprises in our country has been continuously deepened and achieved good results. However, many internal control problems remain to be solved in the process of transformation. Based on this, the dissertation analyzes briefly the problems of internal control after the reform of joint-stock system in state-owned enterprises and elaborates some strategies to improve the internal control after the reform of joint-stock system in state-owned enterprises. The purpose of this study is to promote the efficient development of state-owned enterprises.
