动梁倾斜状态下坯料变形分析及其在工艺中的影响

利用主应力法,对重型模锻压机运行过程中动梁倾斜状态下坯料变形状态进行分析。研究结果表明,偏载工况下坯料变形中心位置发生偏移,偏移量与动梁倾斜角度成正比,与摩擦角和初始高径比有关;同时,坯料的变形中心偏移量仅与当前倾斜角度有关,只有在坯料变形中心位置偏移量小于坯料尺寸10%的情况下,变形中心偏移对压力和力矩的影响可以忽略。 The principal stress method was used to analyze the deformation state of billets under the inclined condition of moving beam during the operation of heavy-duty die-forging press. The results show that the position of blank deformation center is deviated under partial load conditions, the displacement is proportional to the angle of moving beam and is related to the friction angle and initial aspect ratio. At the same time, the deflection center of blank is only compared with current Tilt angle, only in the deformation of the center of the blank position deviation is less than 10% of the blank case, the deformation center offset pressure and torque can be ignored.
