核心力量练习在高校体育篮球教学中的应用研究——以贵州省高校为例

核心力量是近年来竞技体育领域的新鲜事物,备受教练、科研人员的青睐,被业内人士称为体能专项化的桥梁。本文通过核心力量练习对高校篮球专项班男生专项速度的影响,探讨核心力量训练在高校体育篮球教学中的应用。研究结果显示:对照组与实验组学生五线折返跑成绩均有大幅提高,但实验组的提高幅度更大,呈高度显著性变化。所以,核心力量练习对高校篮球专选学生专项速度的提高具有积极的促进作用。 The core strength is the new field of competitive sports in recent years, highly coached, researchers of all ages, the industry was called the bridge of physical fitness.
