目的研究合欢叶、茎挥发油的化学成分。方法超临界二氧化碳萃取合欢叶、茎中的挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法鉴定其化学成分。结果共鉴定出117个化合物,其中合欢叶挥发油主要成分有1,1-二乙氧基乙烷、十六烷酸、三十四烷、二十一烷、叶绿醇;合欢茎挥发油主要成分有水杨酸甲酯、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇、甲基环己烷、甲苯、叶绿醇、2-羟基苯甲酸甲酯、甲氧基苯基肟、乙酸仲丁酯、trans-α,α,5-三甲基-5-乙烯基四氢化呋喃-2-甲醇。结论合欢叶、茎挥发油中共鉴定出117个化合物,共同成分有30种,合欢叶、茎挥发油成分类别和含量差别比较大。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the essential oil of Acacia leaves and stems. Methods Supercritical carbon dioxide was used to extract the volatile oil from the leaves and stems of Albizzia. The chemical constituents were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results A total of 117 compounds were identified. Among them, the main constituents of the essential oil of Acacia leaves were 1,1-diethoxyethane, hexadecanoic acid, tetradecane, eicosane and phytol; Methyl salicylate, 3,7-dimethyl-1,6-octadien-3-ol, methylcyclohexane, toluene, phytol, methyl 2-hydroxybenzoate, methoxy Phenyl oxime, sec-butyl acetate, trans-alpha, alpha, 5-trimethyl-5-vinyltetrahydrofuran-2-methanol. Conclusions A total of 117 compounds were identified in the essential oil from leaves and stems of Acacia mangium, with 30 kinds of common constituents. The contents and contents of essential oil components in leaves and stems of Acacia were quite different.
