本文利用流动热重装置和加压连续微反装置,测定不同组成SiO_2-Al_2O_3载体和Mo-Ni/SiO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂及不同Ni含量的Mo-Ni/v-Al_2O_3催化剂的表面酸度、积碳性能和HDN(加氢脱氮)活性。研究结果表明,以不同硅铝比的SiO_2-Al_2O_3为载体的Mo-Ni催化剂的酸度变化规律与载体的酸度变化规律一致,但弱酸酸度明显下降,中、强酸酸度有所增加;催化剂的积碳性能决定于表面总酸度的大小,但酸位越强,越容易积碳,而HDN活性与中,强酸酸度有关。
In this paper, the surface acidity and carbon deposition of Mo-Ni / V-Al_2O_3 catalysts with different compositions of SiO_2-Al_2O_3 and Mo-Ni / SiO_2-Al_2O_3 catalysts and different Ni contents were measured by flow thermogravimetry and pressurized continuous micro- And HDN (hydrodenitrogenation) activity. The results show that the change of acidity of Mo-Ni catalyst with different SiO 2 -Al 2 O 3 supported by Si / Al is consistent with that of carrier, but the acidity of weak acid decreases obviously while the acidity of medium and strong acid increases. The performance depends on the total acidity of the surface, but the stronger the acid sites, the easier it is to deposit carbon, whereas the HDN activity is related to the acidity of the medium and strong acids.
