前 言 管理的核心是决策科学化。本文从一个矿山企业微观决策过程中,看到运用决策的理论、程序、方法,进行科学的决策。从而使一个多年亏损的企业,不仅摘掉亏损帽子,而且扭亏增盈一百○五万元。 一、概 况 某矿是有色中型地下开采矿山,山于矿体赋存条件复杂等主、客观原因,多年来是个亏损企业单位。1983年在制订生产计划时,又面临着矿石品位大幅度下降,根据测定,铜矿品位由82年1.57%,下降到1.027%,主管部门经过全面考查,核定该矿1983年计划亏损32万元。
