初中是青少年在学生时代的一个关键时期,该时期学生意志力较差、主动学习能力较差,积极有效的班级管理对中学生的成长显得尤为重要。本文采用社会网络分析法,通过对某中学某班级39名同学进行问卷调查,采用社群图法、凝聚子群分析、密度分析与中心度分析将班级的人际交往状况进行量化,并对班级管理者提出了一些建议。
Junior high school is a crucial period for adolescents in the student age. During this period, the students’ willpower is poor and active learning ability is poor. Active and effective class management is particularly important for the growth of secondary school students. In this paper, a social network analysis method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 39 students of a certain class in a certain middle school.
