目的:了解农牧民群众对健康服务需求和健康教育宣传传播渠道的选择。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对共和县7个村的700名农牧民群众进行面对面健康服务需求问卷调查。结果:共收集到700份调查问卷,群众主要关注的健康相关知识中传染病防治关注人数485人占69.3%;群众最想了解的健康知识中传染病防治知识人数287人占41.0%;群众对健康知识传播渠道选择通过电视途径和医生分别427人占61.0%和324人占46.3%;群众对传递的健康知识的信任度中对医生的信任人数427人占70.3%。结论:广大农牧民无论是以往关注还是目前最想要了解的健康知识方面,分别是传染病、母婴保健知识、控烟相关知识、自身保健知识和慢性病防治知识;从获取健康知识的途径方面和对健康知识传播者信任方面,分别是医生、电视和广播。
Objectives: To understand the masses of farmers and herdsmen on the demand for health services and health education channel of choice. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey the face-to-face health service needs of 700 farmers and herdsmen in 7 villages of Gonghe County. Results: A total of 700 questionnaires were collected. Among the health-related knowledge of the masses, 485 were the number of people concerned with communicable disease prevention and control, accounting for 69.3% of the total. The majority of the masses who most wanted to know about infectious diseases had knowledge of 287 people, 41.0% 427 people in the channel of choice for health knowledge transmission and 46.3% in 324 people through television channels and physicians, respectively; and the trust of doctors to doctors in passing the health knowledge is 427, accounting for 70.3% of the total. Conclusion: The majority of peasants and herdsmen are the most concerned about health knowledge at present, they are infectious diseases, maternal and child health care knowledge, tobacco control related knowledge, self-care knowledge and chronic disease prevention and control knowledge. From the aspects of access to health knowledge And trust in health knowledge disseminators, doctors, television and radio respectively.
