目的:建立红腺忍冬叶指纹图谱,探讨指纹图谱的建立方法和应用。方法:RP-HPLC法,采用C18 ODS2柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-0.05%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速0.5 mL.min-1,检测波长328 nm,柱温25℃。结果:对11批红腺忍冬叶的样品图谱数据进行了数理统计,建立红腺忍冬叶的指纹图谱标准,并将其应用于其他种忍冬样品的定性鉴别和质量评价。结论:扩展了中药指纹图谱的建立方法和在定性识别、定量、半定量评价其他样品的应用。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a fingerprinting map of Lonicera macrophyllus, and to explore the methods and applications of fingerprinting. METHODS: RP-HPLC was performed on a C18 ODS2 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) eluting with a gradient of methanol-acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 0.5 mL · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 328 nm and a column temperature of 25 ° C. Results: The data of 11 samples of Lonicera chingii were analyzed by mathematical statistics, and the fingerprint of Lonicera chingii was established and applied to the qualitative identification and quality evaluation of Lonicera samples. Conclusion: The method of establishing fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine has been expanded and the application of other samples in qualitative identification, quantitative and semi-quantitative evaluation has been expanded.
