本文分析了当前在企业进行一系列改革的时候,做好职工的思想稳定工作应注意把握的原则:要把改革的责任分解到每一个职工的身上,增强职工的主人翁意识;企业领导成员与职工要互相敞开思想,双向沟通,化情绪为动力,共谋企业发展之路。同时,要把握职工的心理变化规律,消除职工群体中出现的威胁感、忧患感、不安全感。引导职工对社会变革、企业改革有更深的理性理解。
