积极推进农村社区建设是党中央对我国农村社会发展提出的新要求,是推进社会主义新农村建设的基础性工作。农村社区建设要和思想政治工作紧密结合,相互促进。思想政治工作要围绕农村社区建设的目标要求,推动其科学发展。要坚持以人为本,加强和改进思想政治工作方法,构建和谐农村社区。
Actively promoting the construction of rural communities is the Party Central Committee’s new requirements for the development of rural society in our country and is a basic work for promoting the building of a new socialist countryside. Rural community construction should be closely integrated with ideological and political work and promote each other. Ideological and political work should center on the goal of rural community construction requirements and promote its scientific development. We must adhere to the people-oriented principle, strengthen and improve the methods of ideological and political work, and build a harmonious rural community.
