光学样板是光学零件制造过程中用来检验光学零件面形误差的一种基本量具。本文简述了光学样板的精度等级及误差分布规律,並指出了制造A级标准样板时可采用的某些加工方法。提示了正确给定样板光圈对象质的影响。
Optical model is used to test optical parts in the manufacturing process of optical parts of a basic measurement error. This article outlines the optical accuracy of the model and the error distribution rules, and pointed out that the manufacture of A-class standard samples can be used when some of the processing methods. Prompts the effect of the correct aperture on a given model object.
