就工作原理而言,螺杆泵兼有离心泵和容积泵两者的优点,其缺点是驱动杆柱断裂较频繁。根据螺杆泵的工作状况,考虑抽油杆柱的重力、浮力、拉力、扭矩、井限轨道等因素的影响,给出了驱动杆柱动力学基本方程,建立了三个模型,即对驱动抽油杆柱作整体力学分析的稳态拉力-扭矩模型;对井口处的驱动杆柱作局部弯曲分析的数学模型,以及对与螺杆泵转子相连接的下部杆柱作动力分析的数学模型,并提出了稳定器布置方法。
In terms of working principle, both the centrifugal pump and positive displacement pump have the advantages of the screw pump. The disadvantage is that the drive rod break more frequently. According to the working condition of the screw pump and the influence of factors such as gravity, buoyancy, pulling force, torque and well limit trajectory of the sucker rod column, the basic equations of the dynamics of the rod column are given.
