本文试验了20CrMnSiMoVA、20SiMn2MoVA 钢淬火后不同温度回火的常规机械性能、断裂韧性、疲劳裂纹扩展速率和冷脆倾向。结果表明,这两种钢的强度和韧性随回火温度的变化规律与普通中碳合金结构钢全然不同。在一定的回火温度范围,随着回火温度升高,在强度下降的同时,韧性也下降;疲劳裂纹扩展速率随回火温度的变化规律也与中碳合金结构钢相反,即随着回火温度的升高而增大。这两种钢应采用低温回火,而不宜在中、高温回火状态使用。
In this paper, the conventional mechanical properties, fracture toughness, fatigue crack growth rate and cold brittleness tendency of 20CrMnSiMoVA and 20SiMn2MoVA steel after quenching at different temperatures were tested. The results show that the strength and toughness of these two kinds of steels vary greatly with the tempering temperature and ordinary medium carbon alloy structural steel. In a certain tempering temperature range, with the tempering temperature increases, the strength decreases at the same time, the toughness also decreases; fatigue crack growth rate with the tempering temperature changes in the medium carbon alloy structural steel with the opposite Fire temperature increases and increases. Both types of steel should be low temperature tempering, but not in the high temperature tempering state.
