一、引言水稻施用追肥时被根系和叶片吸收的矿質营养元素,在水稻分蘖株内的转移和分布问题,用普通的方法研究有一定的困难,故过去研究得很少。我们借助于示踪原子法,利用放射性磷(P~(320)对其进行了一次初步的研究。我们知道,幼穗分化期是水稻整个生育过程中养分吸收率最高的时期,也是对养分要求最迫切的时期。实践已证明,在这一时期施用磷肥,对于水稻幼穗的发育有很大的作用。因此,研究这一时期水稻吸收磷肥的某些规律,就能为改进施肥技术,提高水稻产量提供确切的依据。
