随着我国社会经济的快速发展,各行各业的市场竞争变得日益激烈了起来。有人说,现代社会乃是一个人力资源竞争角逐的时代,人力资源的科学合理化配置乃是可以为事业单位的优质运转提供保障的关键性措施。而事业单位作为国家机构的分支,其肩上承担着管理国家及社会的公共事务与为群众提供服务的重要责任,其在社会当中占据着至关重要的地位。因而本文从事业单位的人事绩效制度考核重要性入手,分析了当前事业单位人事绩效制度考核存在的弊端,并针对问题提出一系列的改革措施。
With the rapid socio-economic development in China, the market competition in all walks of life has become increasingly fierce. Some people say that modern society is an era of competition for human resources. The scientific and rational allocation of human resources is a key measure that can guarantee the high-quality operation of public institutions. As a branch of a state institution, PSU shoulders the important responsibility of managing public affairs of the country and society and providing services to the masses on its shoulders, and it plays a crucial role in the society. Therefore, starting with the importance of the appraisal of the personnel performance system, this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the appraisal of the personnel performance system of the current public institution, and puts forward a series of reform measures according to the problems.
