针对印度Malanjkhand地区的硫化-氧化混合矿,进行了大量的开路浮选试验,以研究矿石复杂的矿物学对铜浮选动力学的影响。增加黄药用量可明显地改善次生硫化矿(但不是孔雀石)的浮选动力学。当硫离子电极电位控制在-500至-600毫伏范围内时,硫化浮选法是最有效的方法。另外,使用黄药-氧肟酸盐组合捕收剂,也能提高氧化矿物的浮选动力学。
A large number of open-field flotation tests were conducted on sulphidation-oxidation mixed ore in the Malanjkhand region of India to study the complex mineralogy of the ore on copper flotation kinetics. Increasing the amount of xanthate can significantly improve the flotation kinetics of secondary sulphide ore (but not malachite). Sulphidation flotation is the most effective method for controlling sulfur ion electrode potentials from -500 to -600 millivolts. In addition, the use of xanthate-hydroxamate combination collectors also increases the flotation kinetics of the oxidized minerals.
