本文分析了固体物料粉碎过程中的机械化学效应,研究了膨润土尾矿的粉碎平衡及其对粉体表面结构缺陷、(?)性、表面物化性能及其在复合材料中的界面结合等的影响。应用XRD、DTA、TG、SEM和表面物性测定等实验手段,研究了合理细粉碎和表面化学改性处理,对提高尾矿表面活性、改善其水系统胶体性能和作为填料的界面特性的影响规律。结果表明,采用控制细粉碎和比表面积方法,可有效提高尾矿的表面物化性能和实用技术性能;探明最佳处理条件,为尾矿和低品位矿的工业利用提供可行依据。
In this paper, the mechanochemical effect of solid materials during pulverization was analyzed. The pulverizing balance of bentonite tailings and its influence on the structural defects, surface properties and surface physico-chemical properties of the powders and their interfacial bonding in composites . The effects of reasonable fine pulverization and surface chemical modification on the surface activity of tailings, the improvement of the colloidal properties of the water system and the interfacial properties of the fillers were studied by means of XRD, DTA, TG, SEM and surface properties measurement. . The results show that the use of controlled fine grinding and specific surface area method can effectively improve the surface physicochemical properties and practical technical performance of tailings; to determine the best treatment conditions for the tailings and low-grade ore industrial use to provide a viable basis.
