本文通过试验分析了W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢锻件碳化物形态对刀具内在质量的影响,并从锻造工艺角度提出了提高该种高速钢刀具质量的措施。
In this paper, the influence of carbide shape of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel forging on the inherent quality of the tool is analyzed through experiments, and measures to improve the quality of the high-speed steel tool are put forward from the aspect of forging process.
