【目的】探讨游泳与抚触对婴儿生长发育影响,寻求提高衡阳市婴儿体格发育与智能发育的有效措施。【方法】232名新生儿分为实验组和对照组,对实验组进行水疗与抚触。两组婴儿均接受常规儿童保健,进行系统化管理,定期测量身长、体重。均于3月、12月进行智力发育测试。并填写问卷调查表,建立健康档案。【结果】干预组3月、1岁的身长、体重值均显著高于对照组。干预组3月智能发育在大运动、社交和1岁时适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言、社交方面的发育商均显著高于对照组。在上述各能区的优秀、中上、落后水平的比例分别高于、高于、低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。【结论】游泳和抚触能促进婴儿体格与智力发育。
【Objective】 To explore the effect of swimming and touching on infant growth and development, and to seek effective measures to improve the physical development and intelligence development of infants in Hengyang. [Methods] 232 newborns were divided into experimental group and control group, and the experimental group was treated with hydrotherapy and touching. Both groups of infants received routine child care and were systematically administered with regular measurements of length and weight. All in March, December mental development test. And fill in the questionnaire, the establishment of health records. 【Results】 The body length and weight of the intervention group at March and 1 year old were significantly higher than those of the control group. In March, the intelligence development of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group in big sports, social and 1-year-old adaptability, large sports, fine sports, language and social development. The proportions of excellent, middle-level and backward levels in each of the above energy regions were higher than, higher than, and lower than those of the control group, respectively (all P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Swimming and touching can promote baby’s physical and mental development.
