对于奥氏体不锈钢的晶界及其与普通钢焊接件的组织显示,采用常用的侵蚀剂,通常除了显示奥氏体晶界外,同时还显示出孪晶,而且常会导致焊接件中普通钢部分的过蚀。本文推荐一种能清晰显示奥氏体晶界,而不显示或稍显示孪晶,并使焊接件中普通钢部分免于过蚀的方法。即采用40%的硝酸水溶液在低电压、低电流下进行电解侵蚀。结果是令人满意的。试验用钢及实验设备试验主要选用Ni-Cr、Ni-Cr-Mo、Ni-Cr-Ti等不锈钢以及作为母材的低碳钢和低合金钢。具体钢种及化学成份见下表。
