本文提出了一种测量石油高含水(含水率为0~100%)的方法,即微波反射法。因为油和水的波阻抗相差很大,对微波而言其反射系数亦相差很大,通过测量含水石油的反射系数即可确定其含水量。 文中介绍了一种测量石油高含水的仪器,它主要由微波固态源、Y结环行器、天线式传感器、微波吸收筒和检波器等部分组成。固态源所产生的微波,通过天线传感器发射至被测石油中,按照石油中含水量的不同产生相应强度的反射波,再被天线式传感器接收后进入检波器转换为电量,而透射波被微波吸收筒吸收。文中阐述了主要部件的设计要求,并简单介绍了现场的使用情况。
This paper presents a method for measuring high water content of oil (moisture content of 0 ~ 100%), namely microwave reflection method. Because the wave impedance of oil and water varies greatly, their reflection coefficients are also very different for microwaves. The water content can be determined by measuring the reflection coefficient of water-bearing oil. In this paper, an instrument for measuring high water content of oil is introduced. It mainly consists of microwave solid state source, Y junction circulator, antenna sensor, microwave absorption tube and detector. Microwave generated by the solid state source is transmitted to the measured oil through the antenna sensor, and the reflected wave of the corresponding intensity is generated according to the difference of the water content in the oil. After being received by the antenna sensor, the microwave is converted into electricity by the detector, and the transmitted wave is microwaved Absorption tube absorption. The article describes the design requirements of the main components, and a brief introduction to the use of the scene.
