人的需求是对社会稳定和谐的深层次驱动。学校教育质量的内涵是指作为质量主体的学校的固有特性满足作为质量客体的学生及社会需求的程度。从民族院校学生学习需求及民族地区人才需求定义民族院校教育质量载体的固有特性,其内容包括民族院校学生学习标准需求与教育质量载体的客观目的性、学习过程需求与教育质量载体的互动性、学习结果需求与教育质量载体的发展性,以及民族地区人才需求与民族院校毕业生这一质量载体的个性与共性的统一性。
Human needs are a deep-seated motivation for social stability and harmony. The connotation of the quality of school education refers to the quality of the school as the main characteristics of the school to meet the quality of students and the needs of society.
